Referral and loyalty Program
Referrals are an important part of growing the Bitescourt community, so we’d love to start by first thanking you for your help in making Bitescourt so great!
The Bitescourt Referral and loyalty Program offers non registered Bitescourt users the ability to try the app and to receive credits for each person whom they refer. This program is also for current customers (“active Bitescourt customers”) in good standing the opportunity to receive Bitescourt Credits towards future purchases by referring their friends to our Bitescourt service.
To participate in the Program, active Bitescourt customers must agree to the following Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). We reserve the right to disqualify any user from participating in the Program at any time at our sole discretion should he/she fail to comply with any of these Terms. Violations of these Terms may also result in the forfeiture of all Bitescourt Credits previously earned through the Programs.
Qualifying Referrals
Active Bitescourt customers can earn a $5 Bitescourt Credit towards future purchases if a referred friend who has not previously registered as a Bitescourt user makes and completes an initial purchase from Bitescourt through the active customer’s unique referral link totaling $15 or more not including taxes and delivery fees (each a “Qualified Referral”). Please note the amount of the credit is subject to change. Bitescourt will provide notice of any such changes. Personal invite codes should only be used for personal and noncommercial purposes. This means that you can share your invite link with your personal connections via social media where you are the primary content owner. If your friend does not click on your personal referral link to initiate his or her purchase, you will not receive Bitescourt Credits because there is no way for us to determine reliably that the purchase resulted from your referral. To constitute a Qualified Referral, your friend must click on your unique referral link and complete his or her initial order in the same user session.
Qualifying Loyalty Program
Active and new Bitescourt customers can earn a 1% back in credits off of all their orders and their networks order, The network consist of three (3) people including yourself. Bitescourt Credits are to be used towards future purchases. This percentage has no expiration date, meaning everytime you or your network places an order you will receive 1 % back in credits, there is no limit on the amount of credits you can use towards an order.
Bitescourt Credits
Rewards are payable only as Bitescourt Credits issued in increments of $5 unless noted otherwise in an offer. Bitescourt Credits have no cash value, can only be redeemed for Bitescourt orders, and may be subject to expiration dates or other restrictions at our sole discretion.Bitescourt credits cannot, under any circumstances, be redeemed for cash or any cash equivalent including, but not limited to, gift cards or refunds. Bitescourt Credits are not transferable and may not be auctioned, traded, bartered or sold. Please allow up to two business days for a credit to be added to your account after your referred friend places a qualifying order. Bitescourt may delay a credit for the purposes of investigation As an active customer, you are responsible for any and all tax liability resulting from your receipt of Bitescourt Credits.
Bitescourt customers are limited to one Bitescourt Credit ($5) for each Qualified Referral; in other words, additional/repeat purchases made by the same referred friend are not counted as additional Qualified Referrals and will not earn Bitescourt Credits instead the loyalty program will commence and 1% back of the the networks orders will apply to your account. The network consist of three people (including yourself).
Referred Friends
You cannot refer yourself to generate Qualified Referrals and earn Bitescourt Credits. For an order to count as a Qualified Referral, the referred friend must hold different identifying information than the active Bitescourt customer whose unique link was used to initiate the order, and he or she must not have previously registered a Bitescourt account (including, without limitation, under any other names, email addresses or aliases). Users may not participate with multiple or fake email addresses or accounts use fictitious identities or use any system, bot or other device or artifice to participate in the Program or earn Bitescourt Credits. We reserve the right to revoke or refuse to issue Bitescourt Credits in connection with any referral involving a referred friend whom we suspect to be a previously registered Bitescourt user.
Sharing Referral Links
Referral links must strictly be used for personal purposes and shared only with personal connections. Personal links should not be distributed via commercial websites (such as coupon websites) Use of any automated system, script or macro to participate in the Program or generate Qualified Referrals is strictly prohibited. We reserve the right to revoke or refuse to issue any Bitescourt Credits for Qualified Referrals that we suspect were generated through improper channels. Under no circumstances may an active Bitescourt customer transfer or sell a unique referral link to another person or entity. Bitescourt reserves the right to revoke, ban or amend any unique referral link at any time for any reason and any or all Bitescourt Credits earned through a revoked, banned or amended unique referral link may be removed from a user’s account.
No Spam
Bulk email distribution, distribution to strangers, or any other promotion of a unique referral link in a manner that would constitute or appear to constitute unsolicited commercial email or “spam” in Bitescourt’s sole discretion is expressly prohibited and is grounds for immediate termination of a user’s account, deactivation of his or her referral link, exclusion from the Program and revocation of all related Bitescourt Credits.
Termination and Changes
Bitescourt reserves the right to close the account(s) of any active customers and/or referred friend and to cancel all related Bitescourt Credits and request proper payment if we determine in our sole discretion that the active customer and/or referred friend has tampered with the Program or used or attempted to use the Program in a fraudulent, abusive, unethical, unsportsmanlike or otherwise suspicious manner or in violation of these Terms or any applicable law or regulation.
Additionally, Bitescourt reserves the right to cancel the Referral Program or change these Terms and the methods through which Bitescourt Credits may be earned at any time and for any reason in its sole discretion. If Bitescourt choses to cancel the Program, any unused Bitescourt Credits will be forfeited at that time.
