What is Bitescourt anyway?

BitesCourt is a food ordering app that is located in Philadelphia exclusively. Like the rest of the city, we take pride in our small business roots and look to please all of our fellow jawns.

How does the app work?

BitesCourt is designed like any other food ordering application. You type in your location, choose whether you’d like delivery or pickup, and then browse the restaurants for the food you’d like. After completing your order your food should arrive within 30-45 minutes.

When can we reach you for customer service help?

We’re available 24/7 for customer support either by phone (1-844-204-8803) or by social media. You can also email us at customerservice@bitescourt.

What if the restaurant I want to order from isn’t listed?

Here at BitesCourt we’re a work in progress, if there’s a restaurant that isn’t listed please let us and the restaurant know as soon as possible. The more aware we both are, the more we can satisfy you in the future.

Why wasn’t my money refunded for my canceled order?

If you cancel an order please contact us as soon as possible, so we can make sure the refund process is seamless and smooth. The amount that’s supposed to be refunded takes anywhere between 24-72 hours to take place. Don’t fret, it’s on the way!

Is there a minimum for each order?

Yes, we have a $15 minimum when applying the Bitescourt discount code.If you are ordering without a discount or promo code the minimum would depend on the restaurant you choose.
